In the Flesh - 2nd Season

El mundo zombie está a la orden del día. El problema es que estamos más acostumbrados a ver el lado de los vivos luchando contra esos horribles walkers que intentan comérselos. De vez en cuando oímos algún "antes eran personas como tu y como yo", pero rápidamente se nos olvida. Pues para ver el otro lado, el de los zombies, tenemos In the flesh.

Nowadays there are many series and movies about the zombie world. The main problem is that we have only seen the point of view of the alive ones that are fighting against  those horrible walkers that are trying to eat them. Once in a while someone says something like "they were people like us before this", but we forget that quite soon. Well, if you want to know the other point of view, the zombie one, you can watch In the Flesh.

Esta serie de 3 capítulos de la BBC que se emitió el año pasado tenía como protagonista a un rotter (zombie, walker, non-dead, llamadlo como queráis) que gracias a los avances médicos se había recuperado. Kieren Walker acaba de salir del centro médico para volver a casa, pero sus antiguos vecinos lo ven como el zombie que intentó comerse a medio pueblo más que como el chico que era antes. ¿Es posible la readaptación post-zombie?

This series of 3 episodes of the BBC was broadcasted last year and its main characters was one of those rotters (zombie, walker, non-dead, call them as you like) who thanks to the medical advances has recovered. Kieren Walker has just left the medical center ready to go back home, but the problem is that his former neighbourhoods see him as the zombie that tried to eat half the town more than the kid that he was before. Is the post-zombie adaptation even possible?

Para los que no la hayáis visto, la recomiendo completamente, y más ahora que en mayo se estrena la segunda temporada de la serie. Esta vez constará de 6 capítulos, y comienza nueve meses después de donde la dejamos. Tendrá nuevos personajes que volverán a abrir el debate de pro derechos de los PDS vs. partido provida Victus (vamos, derechos de los rotters vs de los no rotters). Así que ya sabéis, ¡tenéis dos meses para poneros al día con In the Flesh antes de que llegue la segunda temporada!

For those of yo that haven't watched it yet, I strongly recommend it, and even more now that the second season is on its way. This time it will be of 6 episodes, and it starts 9 months after where we left the series. There will be new characters that will open the debate of PDS's rights vs.Victus prolife party (which means rotters' rights vs non-rotters'). So now you have two months to watch the first season before the second one arrives!!
