Community - Is "Six seasons and a movie" even possible?

Estamos ya pasados en el ecuador de la quinta temporada de Community y, como era de esperar, a todos los fans nos asalta una gran duda. ¿Es "six seasons and a movie" siquiera  posible? El slogan que surgió hace tantos años ya se ha convertido en la insignia de la serie, y ningún fan estará satisfecho hasta que se convierta en realidad.

We have passed the middle of the fifth season of Community and, as expected, a huge question has appeared in every fan mind. Is "six seasons and a movie" even possible? The slogan that started years ago has become the ensign of the show, and no fan will be satisfied till it's real. 

Respecto a la sexta temporada, TV Guide ha dicho que se está ya discutiendo. Aunque la serie no tenga precisamente la mejor audiencia, la poca que tiene es muy fiel. Además, si NBC rechazara hacer la sexta temporada, lo más probable es que los creadores intentaran que otra cadena la emitiese (Hulu ha sido la que se ha mencionado).

TV Guide has said that the sixth season is being discussed right now. Eventhough the series hasn't got the best audience, its fans are quite loyal. If the NBC rejected the sixth season, the most probable thing is that the show runners would try that another channel broadcasted it (Hulu has been mentioned). 

¿Y la película? Quizás sea la parte más difícil de cumplir, pero tenemos la suerte de que Dan Harmon está comprometidísimo con darle este final a los fans, tanto que en una entrevista dijo que si para hacer la película tenía que hacerlo en su sótano con arcilla y cinta americana pues que así lo haría porque Community se merece un final. 

And what about the movie? Well, it might be the hardest part to accomplish, but we are lucky to have Dan Harmon, who is so committed to the fans that has even said in an interview that if he has to do the movie in his basement with clay and duct tape he will do it, since the series deserves a closure. 

Así que, aunque aún sea muy pronto para saber si tendremos ese esperadísimo final o no, debemos estar tranquilos que por suerte tenemos al cacho showrunner que es Dan Harmon para cubrirnos las espaldas a nosotros y a Community.

So, even though it's quite early to know if we will have the expected ending or not, we should be thankful for having someone as this amazing show runner that Dan Harmon is to have our back and Community's.
