Breaking Bad - Hank's half

5 meses. Eso es lo que nos queda aún para ver la segunda mitad de la quinta y última temporada de AMC's Breaking Bad - venga, que se que lo habéis puesto con la vocecita de acentazo americano -, que se emitirá el 15 de julio. Seguramente no pensasteis que tardaría tanto. Bien, no seáis muy duros con vosotros mismos, porque Dean Norris, el actor que interpreta a Hank, tampoco se lo esperaba.

5 months. That's how long we gotta wait till the second part of this fifth season of AMC's Breaking Bad is broadcasted (15th of July). I'm sure you hadn't thought it would take so long. Well, don't be so harsh on yourselves, 'cause Dean Norris, the actor that plays Hank, hadn't thought it either. 

Resulta que el actor, al enterarse de que la última temporada serían 16 capítulos, pensó que podría hacer el piloto para una comedia. No fue hasta un tiempo después que le dijeron que nanai, que la iban a separar en dos mitades - bastante separadas, dicho sea de paso -. Pues al tío actor no se le ocurre otra cosa que llamar a Vince Gilligan (productor de AMC's Breaking Bad) y decirle que por qué no mataba a su personaje en la primera mitad de la temporada. Así, por las buenas. Por suerte, Vince se lo negó. Pero, ¿por qué?

It seems that when he heard that the season would have 16 episodes, the actor decided to make a comedy pilot after them. Not long after, they told him that those episodes were gonna be split in two halfs - quite separated, let's be honest -. So this fucking guy  actor decides to call Vince Gilligan (Breaking Bad's producer) and tell him why didn't he kill Hank in the first half. Just like that. Thank God, Vince refused. But why?

Si algo hemos sacado de esto - a parte de que la gente tiene tela de cara y no aprecian lo que tiene que ser estar en una serie como esta -, es que Hank será un personaje importantísimo en la segunda mitad. Y aunque es cierto que era de suponer después de la escena del retrete (W.W.), al menos sabemos que Heisenberg no va a "liquidar el asunto" en el primer capítulo. Ala, ahí tenéis, espero que os haya entrado el mono otra vez como a mí. Un placer. 

If we have gotten something straight about this - apart from the fact that people are extremely selfish and they don't get how lucky they are of working in such a series like Breaking Bad -, is that Hank is gonna be a very important character in the next half. And it's true we already supposed it, specially after the toilet scene (W.W.), at least we know that Heisenberg isn't gonna "deal with the problem" in the firsts episodes. Well, here's everything I got of Breaking Bad. Hope that you are as excited as I am to watch it!
